    Show up first.Then ask.

For founders who win work through relationships.

Two AI agents and the person who runs them. One finds the right people, shows up where they are, and helps until they are ready to talk. The other qualifies them and books the meeting. Nothing sends until you approve it.

    What it costs
    WHY THERE IS NO PIPELINE

The two reasons you never started.

    1. Sending is a risk before it is a chore.

Every message goes out under your name. One obviously templated note to someone you would like to work with, and that is how they will remember you. Not a lost lead. Your reputation.

    2. A new relationship takes time you don't have.

Earning one takes months of showing up before anyone is ready to talk, and the work that pays you this month always wins the week.

Risk is why you never started. Time is why you will not start next quarter either.

    FIT

    Who this is for.

Five things have to be true. All five are things you can check about yourself in about a minute.

    • Your best clients came through relationships.

You win work when people know you, and you want more people to.

    • You sell the work yourself.

You are the founder, partner, principal or owner in a firm of one to fifteen people, with no sales team between you and the client.

    • You are visible.

You post or comment at least once a month. That is what your voice is calibrated from.

    • One new client is worth five figures,

      or close to it.

    • Your buyers are businesses.

Companies can be researched properly, and that research is what every message is built on.

    This is not cold outreach.

Real messages from our own pipeline, and the replies they got. We run the platform on ourselves first.

    • Agent → Blair

Hey Blair - your post about the moment founders realize their sales motion needs to change hit close to home. I've been on that exact ride this past year. What's the most common trigger you see that gets a founder to actually do something about it?

      Blair replied

Hi Amos, I've seen multiple triggers. 1 a deal they thought would close doesn't, 2. A sales hire didn't work out 3. Good pipeline but everything stalls without movement to close

    • Agent → ST

Hey ST, your post yesterday on execution problems is exactly the frame I keep coming back to. Most of the time when something feels stuck it's not the strategy - it's that decisions and follow-through run through too few people. I've been working on the same problem from the AI side.

      ST replied

Hi Amos, thanks for reaching out. Really appreciate you for relating to the post. If you're open to connecting, feel free to grab a time that works best for you on my calendar: calendly.com/sttangirala Looking forward to the conversation.

    • Agent → Owen

Hey Owen - your posts on the founder hiring playbook have been sitting with me. You're tackling the bandwidth problem from the hiring side; I've been working on it from the AI side. Same root challenge, pretty different approaches. Curious - when do you find founders are actually ready to hire their first sales rep, vs. still trying to lock down their own process first?

      Owen replied

They typically hire several times before they realize they need to document process.

    • Agent → Dan

Keep noticing it on the AI side too - it's never the content quality, always the system underneath it. Same insight you shared in that comment thread a few months back - different stack, same root problem.

      Dan replied

yeah the system underneath is the lever every time. what are you building around this, or is it more observation from the sidelines?

    • Agent → Saroosh

Saroosh, your 10-year Eventcombo post - the part about rebuilding analytics twice, not because of bad engineering but because you were listening to what teams asked for instead of watching what they actually struggled with. That gap. I've spent 12 years in software and it's still the hardest thing to close. How did you know when you'd finally got it right?

      Saroosh replied

I don't know if we still got it right :)

    • Agent → Paul

Hey Paul - using The Dress to illustrate confident misunderstanding was a great call. I'm building on the seller's side of that same problem - what happens when AI writes the first message, not just the research. What pulled you to the buyer's angle originally?

      Paul replied

Hope it doesn't offend, but the AI tools I saw seemed to take their sales tactics from 1980's used car salesmen - don't listen, don't care, increase the noise, increase the pressure, take people down paths regardless if they want to or not. Modern buyer are more savvy and more inclined to do their research before engaging. I wanted to build something to suit the modern buyer

    • Agent → Riggs

Hey Riggs - noticed you ran 6 Hello Sugar locations and sold them all profitably. That's pretty rare - most operators and M&A advisors are different people. What made you shift to the advisory side?

      Riggs replied

I mostly operate still but will help owners sell if I come across deals that aren't a good fit for me.

    • Agent → Victoria

Hey Victoria! That framing - AI adoption as an operational capacity problem, not a tech problem - is exactly how I think about it when I'm building AI for businesses. The tech part is usually the easy bit. How does AI come up in the reliability work you do with organizations?

      Victoria replied

Greetings, I am unable to discuss any specifics as it relates to my organization. However we can speak in general terms about Operational HRO and Human-centric AI when it comes to reliability.

Jonah, your post on hiring your first ops lead1 stuck with me. Twelve people and no one owns the handoffs yet2. That is the gap I work on.

Congrats on closing the new round, too. (removed: no source)

Happy to share how two firms your size split it, if useful.

    We're different

Five other ways to win new clients, and where each falls short.

    • A tool you configureControl over every step. But it takes technical know-how to set up and keep running.
    • An agencySomeone else to own the problem. But it is expensive: three to six thousand a month, for a rep you did not choose.
    • A signal-first platformVolume, at a flat price. But playing for volume converts at lower rates.
    • Building it yourselfMost of the way there, with the right tools. But running it takes more of your time than building it did.
    • Doing nothingThe referrals you already get.But it stops working when they slow down.

We are the wrong choice if you want volume, the lowest price per lead at scale, or if building it yourself is a thing you would look forward to.

    Questions

    Questions people ask us.

Still have one? Ask the agent yourself.

Think & Co agentAnswers in a line or two
We've watched these tools fail in public. Why is this different?
You are right to be skeptical. Those tools were built to send more, and inboxes learned what that looks like. This one sends less, later, and only after there is a reason for your name to be familiar. If what you want is volume, we are the wrong choice.
What does it never do on its own?
It never sends a draft that fails the check, never messages someone who asked not to be contacted, and never comments twice on the same post. Anything sensitive, any objection, any opt-out comes back to you. After three attempts at an objection it stops and hands it to you.
Will people know an AI wrote it?
It writes in your voice, calibrated from messages you have actually sent, and you approve what goes out until your corrections say you do not need to. What lands is a message from you.
Will it message people I already know?
It looks for new people who fit your ICP. A conversation you are already in stays yours, and the agent does not join it.
    Is this for me?
Probably, if one new relationship is worth real money to you and you would rather be known than loud. Probably not, if what you want is volume.
Do you have a SOC 2 report?
No. Your data sits in a store of your own, every change is on record, and every service that touches it is named in our privacy policy. If a formal report is a requirement, tell us early and we will tell you honestly where we are.
Are you a product or a consultancy?
Both. The Platform is a product you can start now: two agents and a person who runs them, at the price above. The Studio is custom work, where we build AI around how your team already works. See the Studio
What if I want to stop?
Month to month, and you can cancel any time. You keep your data. If you want it erased from our systems, say so and we do it.

Don't take our word for it.

Let the agent contact you and judge the message yourself. No sequence. No list. One message, from a person's agent.
