Who we are

Think & Co is an AI-native studio based in Tel Aviv, Israel. We design, build, and operate human-centered AI products for businesses, starting with a managed AI Sales Development Representative (AI SDR).

Contact form

When you reach out through our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)

We use this information to respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to discuss our services with you. We don't add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where traffic comes from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymized usage data including your IP address (anonymized), browser type, device type, and pages visited. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Hosting

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) as part of normal web hosting operations.

What we collect when you use our AI SDR service

If you become a customer, the AI SDR service processes additional data on your behalf:

• Lead data you provide to us (names, emails, LinkedIn profiles, company information)
• Communication data — messages drafted and sent through the service (email and LinkedIn)
• Calendar data — availability and meeting details for scheduling

This data is processed to deliver the service you've contracted. You remain the owner of your data. We act as a processor on your behalf.

Third-party services used in delivery

These services process data only as needed to deliver the AI SDR service. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies from Google Analytics for usage analytics. These are not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.

If you prefer not to be tracked, you can:

• Use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on
• Block cookies in your browser settings

How long we keep data

• Contact form submissions: Until we've responded and any resulting conversation concludes, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Customer data (AI SDR service): For the duration of your service agreement. On termination, we export your data to you and delete our copies within 14 days.
• Analytics data: Retained by Google Analytics per their standard retention settings (default 14 months).

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to processing or withdraw consent

GDPR

Israel holds an adequacy decision from the European Union, meaning data transfers between the EU and Israel meet EU data protection standards. If you're in the EU, you have all the rights above, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party services. Customer data in the AI SDR service is isolated per tenant — your data is never shared with or visible to other customers.

Children

Our services are designed for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and note the change here. For customers, we'll also email you.
